Physiotherapist Wanted (m/f/d) – Flexible Working Hours, Your Own Areas of Focus!

Are you a physiotherapist looking for more freedom to shape your working day? Then we might be a great match, as I'm currently looking for someone to join my practice! 😊
It's important to me that you can work independently, pursue your professional interests, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Where would you like to work?

You can choose between three (or even four) different workplaces:

  • Berlin-Friedenau: Physiotherapy practice
  • Berlin-Zehlendorf: Anthroposophic care facility
  • Teltow: Special education school (with the additional option of working in a vocational workshop for people with disabilities who require support)

Whether you'd prefer to work at just one location or combine several is largely up to you.
My main areas of expertise are paediatrics and paediatric neurorehabilitation. However, if you prefer treating adults, that's absolutely possible too. After all, your work should reflect your own professional interests.

What can I offer you?

  • Flexible working hours: Between 15 and 38.5 hours per week.
  • Different employment options: Regular employment, hourly-based employment with a fixed monthly salary, or working as a self-employed freelance physiotherapist.
  • Competitive salary with additional revenue-based bonuses.
  • Generous annual leave and paid professional development days, with the option of more flexible time-off arrangements if you prefer.
  • Continuing education and professional development: Depending on their professional relevance, I will either cover the full cost of courses or contribute towards them.
  • Independent working with plenty of room for your own ideas and professional specialisations.

What should you bring to the table?

A recognised qualification or degree in physiotherapy, enthusiasm for your profession, and a willingness to continue learning and developing your skills.
Additional qualifications such as Bobath or PNF are welcome, but certainly not essential. What matters much more to me is initiative, reliability, and a positive approach to working together.

Interested?

I'd love to hear from you!
There's no need for a lengthy cover letter or a particularly creative explanation of why you've dreamed of becoming a physiotherapist since childhood. 😉

A short email telling me a little about yourself is more than enough to get started.

I look forward to getting to know you! 😊
